It's the amount of postage. You need to put an $0.84 cent stamp on you letter to mail internationally. My wife and daughter do it all the time. If it weighs more than the regular standard first class mail of course it will cost you alittle more. Your best off going to the Post Office and let them handle it for you and pay what they say.
